Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood Pre-Order Numbers Outstanding

Ubisoft announced that Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood has surpassed all other Ubisoft video game releases in worldwide pre-orders. Ubisoft also announced that it will have one of the biggest marketing investments in the company’s history.

“Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood is being heralded by the press as a single and multiplayer experience unlike any other,” said Tony Key, senior vice president of sales and marketing at Ubisoft.

“As evidenced by the record number of pre-orders and the success of the multiplayer beta, consumers can’t wait to get their hands on Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood, and we’re looking forward to delivering them an experience they’ll never forget.”

The Assassin’s Creed franchise has passed 19 million units sold worldwide, with Ubisoft recently launching Assassin’s Creed Project Legacy, a Facebook game that unlocks content in Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood.

Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood is set for release on 16th November 2010 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and in early 2011 for PC.
